A Cloud Infrastructure Review is a structured assessment of an existing production environment.

We review cloud architecture, resources, security, IAM, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes (where applicable), monitoring, logging, reliability, backups, operational processes, and cloud costs.

The objective is to establish the environment's current state, identify risks and inefficiencies, and provide a prioritized improvement plan.

The service is designed for companies that already have live infrastructure and an application running in production.

It is especially useful when infrastructure has evolved over time, multiple engineers or vendors have worked on it, documentation is incomplete, cloud costs are rising, deployments are difficult, incidents recur, or management wants an independent technical assessment.

For completely new environments that haven't been built yet, our Cloud Engineering service is usually a better starting point.
